06/20/12 One thing about being a working actor is that you are not always
working. Well, at least not in the typical sense of working. Where you get up and go somewhere and work for hours and then come home. This is hard for me to remember sometimes. And trust me I work way more than I ever have, with submissions, networking, emails, updating resumes, auditioning, classes, workshops, reading and rehearsing, amongst other things. It is just different. I have had a busy week and had lots of auditions (5 already this week and it is only Wednesday), but not working in the typical sense so it is a little difficult to get used to. Also, I met with one of my agents, will stop by another later this week and scheduled an appointment with the third for next week. I have signed up for an improv class in August and have checked just about all of the office type stuff off of my to do list. So all and all it has been a very productive week so far, just different in the typical work sense. Also, audition this morning went well. And hopefully afternoon audition does as well. And I am looking forward to modeling in the runway show I have tomorrow night with Shareen Vintage! This was the company that had the TV show last year called Dresscue Me! Their showroom is amazing! Excited!
