Research

06/23/11  I am sitting in the waiting room of another audition.  It is a good thing!  The meeting with the lady at Coffee Bean for the preschool job went well, but I am not sure if I want to commit to classes like that which are not flexible at all.  I met with a studio owner for another potential teaching job, which would be a good gig; however, it would mean driving forty plus minutes each way without traffic.  I have some thinking to do.  I went to a runway show casting, which I got the job and work on Sunday.  In the past two days I have taught three out of the four of my new piano students.  All went well!  Today I have five auditions, so good luck to me!  Or rather break legs to me!  Oh, I almost forgot, yesterday, I was supposed to have a beach shoot.  The people heading up the shoot promoted their shoot as a comic CPR spoof.  I was thinking Mad TV or something like that.  Upon doing my research on the project and production team, as I always do for any project I am working on, I found out that it was an adult genre project and the production team does porn.  Ha!  My research pays off!  I politely declined the role!  Too funny!  I am still doing some thinking in regards to those teaching gigs and will keep you posted.
