Motivation Monday

My motivation for you today on this Monday morning is “NEVER GIVE UP”! I am sitting in NYC at my first auditions physically here in the city and I could not be more excited. I would have never thought in a million years I would literally be a block away from Broadway sitting in the AEA building waiting for my name to be called for an audition. It is amazing what hard work, courage and kindness will do for you. A little over a month ago, in early May, I decided I needed to focus my goals and set more specifics. I was getting great feedback via phone calls and email but still second place at every audition I was attending and it was very frustrating. I decided I needed to continue to Dream Big, Work Hard and Stay Focused, which I am glad to say, has paid off. And I will continue to follow and focus on those 7 goals. Keep going and Never Give Up!
1. I booked a TV show for a new MTV comedy series, which will air in August this year. I have continued my studies at AMAW.
2. I graduated from the UCB Improv program and start the UCB Sketch program next week. 
3. The MTV show I worked on is a comedy series.
4. As I write this, I am sitting in the audition waiting room of the Equity building in NYC.
5. The Short Stories with MaryAnn intro is complete and ready to go. I filmed about 5 or 6 episodes but I want to refilm them so they will be even better before I debut the series.
6. I am definitely working and auditioning for gigs that are important and meaningful to me because “ain’t nobody got time for that!”
7. Living it every day, more and more!
