Hummingbirds

04/27/12  A hummingbird just flew by me while I was on film set today. 
This reminds me of my new obsession with them as of about a week or two
ago.  It all started when I was driving to set and literally a hummingbird flew right in front of my windshield and stopped for a few seconds before flying away. It made me smile and I did not really think into it anymore than
that.  Then once I arrived on set, another actor was reading a book and I asked her what she was reading and she holds up the book without the book jacket and it simply has just the emblem of a hummingbird on it.  Later that
day after I had finished filming and was teaching lessons, I looked down and
notice the necklace I am wearing (a costume jewelry necklace from H & M I
have worn a million times and have had for over a year now) has a humming bird on it.  Ok, I thought, this is odd for all of these coincidences to happen in one day, I must find out what a hummingbird symbolizes.  A hummingbird is a symbol for accomplishing that which seems impossible and will teach you how to find the miracle of joyful living.  Hummingbirds never seem to stop. 
Their wings, which move in the pattern of the infinity symbol, are tirelessly in motion which symbolizes perseverance.  What could be a better metaphor for working hard, persistence and following your dreams?!
